I exist to support people and organizations to wake up to their purpose, align their lives to their mission and transform their relationship to themselves and each other.
My approach is to create spaces where people feel safe to be their true selves, share vulnerably and reflect honestly. I inspire transformation and support individuals and teams to move out of blame and criticism and into personal responsibility and empowerment. I give people the tools they need by explicitly teaching and practicing of the 15 commitments of Conscious Leadership.
As a Leader, my most difficult leadership challenges were always interpersonal challenges between adults and with in teams. I quickly learned that in order to create the school I wanted for students I had to do it first through the adults. This sent me on a personal and professional growth journey to build on my 10 years of experience developing teachers and leaders. With the help of Conscious Leadership, Restorative Justice Practices, Mindfulness and so much more, I finally had the tools I needed to support myself and my team to lead more consciously, increase self-awareness and take responsibility for our results. The impact was so transformative that I began the process to become a Coach, Consultant, Speaker and Facilitator, so I can help more teams transform their relationships to themselves, each other and the collective.
It has been said many times that we can’t solve problems with the same consciousness we used to create them. Organizational systems are reflections of the collective and I believe that what we practice as teams and communities will help us create what we most want to see at the collective. What I do is support the healing of these systems through relationships, so the whole system can heal.
